ChromaBlast Really Works!

The key to the ChromaBlast Digital Color Imaging System is the chemical bonding between the ink and the coating on the media. Where the ink chemistry and the media coating chemistry touch, there is a cross-link reaction under heat and pressure that chemically bonds the image to the cotton. The cross-link creates a very strong and nearly permanent bond. Remove the paper and the image area is tattooed into the shirt itself. The overprint area from the media does physically transfer, but washes away because it has no ink to react to in the non-image area. The area around the image has a very light feel that becomes nearly imperceptible after one wash.

The final result is a vibrant, colorful image on the t-shirt that looks, feels and breathes like nothing else on the market. Imagine the ability to print what you want, when you want it. Now imagine all of this from the digital desktop printing system that uses environmentally friendly inks and can be operated right in your office by your graphic design or marketing staff.

Check it our Up Close!

ChromaBlast transfer ink has performed extremely well after several washes.  The close up to the right gives you a good example of just how well the blues, reds & yellows have held up.  We have been very impressed with the colorfast nature of the newest formulation of ChromaBlast ink

The hand of this product is really incredible, like no other transfer you have touched.

There is no noticable trace of an outline or transfer paper outline feel away from the image itself.  Call us to day for more info and special introductory offers available.
What is the Process?
ChromaBlast vs Direct To Garment Printing

Direct to Garment Printing is a fast growing market and great add on the and existing business or start up operations.  The initial investment for a DTG type printer is around 15K just for the printer.  The average price per print can range from .35 cents to over a 1.00 on a white shirt.  This lead us to do the following comparison on the return on investment of direct to garment versus ChromaBlast:

The following breakdown was done as a comparison for the Brother GT-541 printer. None of the comparisons were done including anything else other than the printer, shipping, ink etc.

We show below the number of shirts it takes to pay back the initial investment of the Brother machine.  We have shown quite a few cost comparisons to help put these differences in focus.  We are going to be comparing the additional cost per print for the ChromaBlast print to see how many prints it takes to repay that investment.

Brother GT-541 delivered cost 22,000.00      ChromaBlast 4800 Special Package 2,500.00

.30 cents per print difference - still need 65,333 prints to break even
.40 cents per print difference - still need 49,000 prints to break even
.50 cents per print difference - still need 39,200 prints to break even
.60 cents per print difference - still need 32,666 prints to break even

Not trying to start too much controversy but is there any of the 25K or less printers that has done more than 32K prints on them that can be documented? I know there are many kornits with higher print counts but that is in a different league.   Something to consider though!
